We created Wilbe to unlock and empower the most critical yet often overlooked drivers of progress in venture capital: scientists. A new generation of "scientist-builders" is emerging—think computational biologists, chemists, and physicists — who are developing the industrial solutions essential for this century. Despite their transformative potential, this talent pool has been largely neglected by venture capital, academia, and corporate research.

Through our flagship program, BSF // Bootcamp for Scientist Founders (formerly Become a Scientist Founder), we work with some of the most exciting scientist-founders at what is often the most pivotal point in their careers.
